CACUSS 2009 Registration is now closed

• Effective May 31st any CACUSS conference registration cancellation is subject to a charge of 75% of the registration fee to cover administrative and overhead costs.
• Prior to May 31st, if you pay by credit card and wish to cancel your registration, a $10 processing fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
• The conference registration GST number is: 10820 8786 RT0001
• The cost of the Tuesday evening banquet is not included in the daily registration fee. Extra tickets for the banquet will be made available at a later date.
