The Exhibition Hall located at Wilfrid Laurier University Science Atrium will draw over 600 delegates and will be open on Sunday, June 14th from 10:00 – 4:00 and Monday, June 15th from 10:00 – 4:00.
By working with us, your organization has the opportunity to gain product and brand exposure with 600+ university administrators, faculty and staff from across Canada.

Support of the official policy of language support for all Canadians will profile your company during the keynote sessions.

CACUSS 2009 welcomes and accommodates all delegates.
Transportation: $5,000
Transportation of delegates requiring assistance between the UW and WLU campuses.

Prize Program - Donate a Prize of your choice
This program will help to bring attendees to your booth in the Exhibit Hall.
Each conference attendee will be issued a blank game card.
Attendees collect stamps from participating companies listed on their cards.Once attendees have completed their game card, they place it in the draw. All completed entries are eligible for the prize draw that will be conducted at the closing on Wednesday. Winners do not need to be present to collect their prize.
